These terms and conditions govern your use of our services and website. By requesting a quote or booking a service with Northern Waters Pressure Washing, you agree to these terms.

Northern Waters Pressure Washing is operated by a sole trader based in Bolton, Greater Manchester.

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you supply. Final pricing may vary if the actual condition of the surface differs significantly from what was described or photographed.

A booking is confirmed once we have agreed a date and time with you. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.

You are responsible for ensuring we have safe and unobstructed access to the areas to be cleaned on the agreed date. This includes moving vehicles, garden furniture, and any other items that may obstruct the work.

We are not liable for any damage caused by items left in the work area that were not disclosed to us prior to the job.

We will carry out all work with reasonable care and skill. We use professional-grade pressure washing equipment and, where appropriate, suitable cleaning agents.

Results may vary depending on the age, condition, and type of surface being cleaned. We cannot guarantee the removal of all stains, particularly those caused by rust, oil, or deep-set biological growth.

Payment is due on completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash and bank transfer. Invoices not paid within 14 days of the due date may incur a late payment charge.

We ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future bookings.

We reserve the right to reschedule jobs due to adverse weather conditions or equipment issues. We will contact you as soon as possible in such circumstances.

We are fully insured for public liability. In the unlikely event of damage caused directly by our negligence, please notify us within 48 hours of the job being completed so we can assess and address the issue.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, damage caused by surfaces in poor condition, or any indirect or consequential losses.
